Your photos, screenshots, questions and chats remain yours. Munin processes them on your device and we do not receive them. When you share shots from Munin, you are responsible for having the right to share them.

Terms of Use
A short licence for Munin. It builds on Apple's Standard EULA, which applies to apps from the App Store.
Licence
Munin is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of Munin is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), with DSNV TECHNOLOGIES LTD as the Application Provider. These Terms of Use add a few points specific to Munin. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.
The provider of Munin is DSNV TECHNOLOGIES LTD (Cyprus, HE480378). Our registered office and contact details are on the Company information page.
AI answers can be wrong
Munin uses AI models running on your iPhone to read your shots and answer your questions. These models can misread text, miss a shot or draw a wrong conclusion. Munin shows the shots it used so you can check them.
Please verify important information, such as amounts, dates, names, document numbers, travel details, and anything medical, legal or financial, against the original shot before you rely on it.
Payments
If Munin offers paid features or subscriptions in the future, they will be sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's terms. Refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Munin will find every item or that its answers will be correct or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSNV TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Munin or from relying on its answers.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Munin is limited to the amount you paid for Munin, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
